Hydrographic Technician

Duties Include:

Operate proprietary custom automated hydrographic equipment

Identifying part substrates and prepping accordingly for coatings

Sanding/scuffing and degreasing parts

Fixturing & racking parts for painting and dipping

Applying various primers, adhesion promoters, paints, and topcoats to a variety of substrates using HVLP style spray guns

Applying hydrographic finishes to parts

Blowing parts dry with compressed air

Maintain focus on fine details while working efficiently to keep production moving

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Must be willing to submit to a drug test and Background check free of Felonies

Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and pass annual respirator fit test

Reliable transportation and strong attendance (be on time every day!)

Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks

Comfortable working around firearms

Team player who works efficiently and safely

Preferred Skills:

Experience painting with HVLP gun preferred but not required

Painting/coating background

Benefits* include:

Starting Pay: $14-$18+ per hour (based on relevant experience)

Schedule: First shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 5:30PM (with overtime opportunities)

NO WEEKENDS

Full-time with a 90-day probationary period
