I just wanted you to know that you have a customer for life. I have been buying, selling and trading long and short guns for 35 years. I have never in my life seen a warranty like yours. I sent in a gun that was in desperate need of repair. Not due to manufacturer defect just due to neglect.
You have sent it back like new with a free clip and trigger lock. THANK YOU. At one time or another some of my guns have been back to the manufacturer, but never as fast as yours or given me something that I have not asked for.
Please do not misunderstand you do not make the prettiest but you make a good inexpensive product that is reliable and your warranty kills your competition. My next purchase will be one of your new carbines. I am not sure yet if it will be the 9mm or the 45. Keep up the great job.

My husband just purchased a Hi-Point C-9 9MM for me as a birthday present. I am a small woman at 5'3" tall and not more than 100 pounds. I LOVE THIS GUN!!! Being a small woman and my husband, due to his work, is out of town a lot. We took this gun out over the weekend and I had NO PROBLEMS with it whatsoever. I actually enjoyed shooting it.
I praise you guys for doing such a great job. I do however wish it were a bit on the lighter side, but I still LOVE IT! My husband is also very pleased with how well it handled. Thanks so much again

You guys have a great product and unbelievable customer service in this day and age of “let the buyer beware”! I am the proud owner of a 9mm carbine that I purchased about five years ago. Recently, after a fun time at the range, I experienced a broken firing pin. I went to my local gunsmith to see if he could replace it, and he told me to send the carbine back to the factory, “it has a lifetime warranty."
I did, and you guys replaced the firing pin, tuned up the entire rifle and even sent me back an extra magazine, and a new owner’s manual, all in a new box! Hi-Point Firearms is a first class operation and I’m glad to see your patriotism in your ads! God bless the USA! If I can help you in any way, please let me know. I would just like to thank Hi-Point Firearms for making such great products at an affordable price. A few months ago I picked up my first Hi-Point firearm, a 9mm 995B Carbine. I had read great reviews about the gun and decided to try it once my dealer had more in stock. I got the gun new for less than $150 and it has been a great investment.
I've shot many types of ammunition through it and have not had a single failure or problem at all. The stock may look strange but it proved to be very ergonomic. The factory sights are great but I chose to put a compact fixed power scope on it using the supplied mount.
It's now the best plinker I own; easily hitting small targets at 60+ yards with 115gr ammo. I now plan to buy more of Hi-point's products including the pistols. The only thing I wish Hi-Point would do next is offer high capacity magazines for all of their guns for even more capability and enjoyment.

Just want to say I own the 9mm and 45. I am a retired Police Chief and know my guns. The 9mm C-9 is now my CCW gun in a Houston holster. The 45 is my night stand gun. They shoot every time with any ammo. You have my thanks for such a fine weapon. It is not a "cheap" gun, it is just affordable...Thanks again.
